Butternut squash soup

I got a butternut squash from my organic produce box. I had no idea what to do with it until I found this soup recipe. It's so easy and it's great for a lazy lunch.

1 butternut squash, peeled, cubed
1 leek or large onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
dry white wine or vermouth
2 tbls. flour
3 cups soy milk
frozen corn (optional)

Put everything except soymilk in the soup. When veggie has soften, add milk and simmer for 15 minutes or so. Simple simple simple.
